Nature, Art, and Education

The Gossamer Thread was founded in 2021 by six friends who purchased land together on the Santa Fe River in High Springs, Florida. They fell in love with the beauty of the river and the land and its capacity to educate, inspire, and accommodate art and performance. They formed The Gossamer Thread 501c3 to gather resources to support arts projects, environmental conservation, and educational programming that connects the arts with the natural world.
